Purchase
Before purchasing the Fund’s investment certificates, the potential client/investor must submit an application and sign a sales contract.
Applications for purchase of the Fund’s investment certificates are accepted every business day. Since the Fund’s certificates are non-documentary securities, ownership of the investment certificates is confirmed with a securities account statement from the custodian.
The investment certificates are transferred to the investor’s account within seven (7) days after the Fund receives payment for the investment certificates.
No partial payment for investment certificates is allowed. If the amount stated in the sales agreement is not paid in full, the contract becomes null and void and whatever money was paid is returned to the investor.
More detailed information outlining the procedure for buying the Fund’s investment certificates can be found on our website in the Become a Client section.
Redemption
Investment certificates may be redeemed after the Commission recognizes that the size of the Fund’s assets meets the minimum requirements. Applications for redemption of investment certificates are accepted from the 10th to the 15th day of every February, May, August, and November. Apart from this, the Fund’s certificates can be freely traded on the secondary market and the PFTS.
Investment restrictions
The Fund’s investment policy is strictly regulated by the State Securities and Stock Market Commission. Please read the Investment Declaration.
Dividend policy
Please note that according to the law, the fund does not pay dividends on investment certificates.
The cost of a Fund’s investment certificates/shares may be increased as well as decreased. A Fund’s historical earnings may not determine the level of future earnings. Before buying securities (investment certificates/shares), you should read the Fund Prospectus of the corresponding investment fund. |
